These are questions we really should answer and apply to our business if we really want to make it big out of it. Oxford advanced learners dictionary defines trust just right- the belief that somebody or something is good, sincere, honest etc and will not try to harm or deceive you. Once upon a time, I saw a classified ad in a newspaper about an IT product. I needed it badly. I had limited fund. But the advert offered me the product cheaper I than could find around my neighbourhood. So I took a long journey, got stuck in traffic for hours and finally got there to find the opposite of what they advertised. I got mad, left the firm and blasted them so bad.
